Luke is a designer and art director with more than 10 years of experience across agency and freelance environments.
He began his career as a junior designer and progressed into senior design and creative leadership roles, leading national retail campaigns for Nike alongside the design and delivery of stores, brand activations and events across Australia.
Throughout his career, Luke has supported, trained and mentored emerging designers—both in the workplace and through university lectures and industry discussions.
His mentoring approach is practical, honest and grounded in real-world experience, helping designers strengthen their portfolios, communicate their thinking and take the next step in their careers with confidence.
